Customize your comfort with the addition of a cushion in your mobility device. Stock cushions are carried in traditional wheelchair sizes including 16″, 18″, and 20″. You’ll also find donut cushions, bed wedges, coccyx cushions, and synthetic sheepskin pads for pressure and friction reduction. Cushions are available in traditional padding as well as gel and waterproof options are available.
Compressions socks for women and men are available in a variety of compression levels, styles, and colors. The most commonly purchases compression level is Moderate, 15-20* mmHg of Compression,, but there is also Firm, 20-30*mmHg of Compression, and Anti-Embolism Stockings (commonly called TED hose, Thrombo-embolic Deterrent).
If you are new to compression, sizing is based on the circumference measurements of your Ankle and Calf, as well as your shoe size. It’s best to measure early in the morning, prior to swelling. We’re happy to help you take measurements in store or help determine which size may be the best fit for you. While we can provide you with product information, the right compression level as it relates to any particular health condition or your particular needs should be discussed with your health care professional.
