Our rental process is quick and easy. Reservations can be made by phone (812) 657-7240, over chat, or while shopping in store. Not sure exactly what you need? Don’t worry. Our experts will listen to your needs and suggest options tailored for you.
You pay for the duration chosen for your rental and based on the model you choose. We offer free local delivery and set-up on many of our larger items. No waiting for the mail to come and hours worth of assembly. We’ll do all the hard work for you, demonstrate how to use your equipment, and answer any questions. We’re available by phone, chat, or email if you have any questions along the way. When you no longer need your equipment, call us to arrange pick-up of large items or drop your rental off during store hours. It’s that easy.

Rentals require a valid driver’s license or ID card and credit card. We accept payment by cash or approved check, but the credit card is required in case of incidentals; similar to how hotel reservations work.
We will have you complete a rental agreement prior to delivery/checkout.
We understand that sometimes care must be provided by a different caregiver than originally planned. Equipment that is set up at one family member’s house, may need to be moved to another family member’s house.
All rental equipment remains the property of My Mobility during rental. If equipment needs to be transferred to another location, My Mobility must be contacted and any location changes approved by our staff, prior to the equipment being moved.
Of course wheelchairs, power mobility products, crutches, and knee walkers will be used outside the residence. This applies if the primary location of an item is needs to change.
Rental prices vary by equipment and the duration chosen for the rental. If you have any questions, we can be reached by phone, (812) 657-7240, chat, or email, Hello@MyMobilityDesign.com. Additionally, you can fill out the form and submit a rental inquiry for pricing and availability.
For some equipment, we will allow you to purchase. You’ll receive a discount based on the rent you’ve already paid for it. Ask our friendly sales associates for the Rent to Purchase option.
